AVANCE Collective is a 501(c)(3) public charity founded by Geoffrey Ravoire (Huffman Travel), Lindsey Gift-Silver (Oetker Collection), and Chris Reed (The Ranch), with the goal of uniting travel industry professionals to fund human initiatives that support education, inclusivity, and community. Together, we aim to demonstrate the charitable power of the travel industry.
We recognize everyone's free time is limited, and opportunities to support causes are endless. We built AVANCE Collective to make it easy and efficient to donate to meaningful programs, connected to the travel industry.
AVANCE Collective operates with individual volunteer donations (suggested at $100+ per person per year) from travel industry professionals. Twice a year, the funds collected through our community are evenly allocated to vetted charities, on behalf of all of us. As an exception, emergency relief funds are ready to be distributed as soon as the need arises.
